VIII International Festival of hairdresser's art “ColorTime 2009” has taken place within the limits of the XII International specialized exhibition «Technologies of Beauty –ÕÕI century» in May 14-15, 2009 in Odessa.
«Technologies of Beauty –ÕÕI century» is the exhibition of achievements and progressive workings out in the field of decorative and elite cosmetics, professional and medical cosmetology, modern concepts of the beauty salons, new decisions for creation of the image.
The exhibition «Technologies of Beauty –ÕÕ² century» is the main professional event of the Southern region of Ukraine for experts of the beauty industry of all directions: aesthetic medicine, professional cosmetology, hairdresser's art, nail service, salon business, SPA and Wellness, training and services.
