Application forms for the participation in the IX International Festival of hairdressers’ art “ColorTime 2010” are accepted.

3. Correspondent participation – information about the company in the official catalogue of the exhibition, distribution of the advertizing materials on the stand of the Organizing Committee and in the exhibition hall. 

Obligatory registration fee provides you with:

  • Badges of the participants of the exhibition; пакет информационно-рекламных документов;
  • Information about the company-participant in the official catalogue of the exhibition;
  • Accreditation of the company’s representative on the official fourchette.

The payment of the registration fee and also the temporary trading patent in case of retail trade on the exhibition is obligatory.

Services
The additional equipment and services are given under the separate demand (tables, chairs, show-windows, counters, racks, stand registration, the sound and multimedia equipment, a radio advertising and video advertising at an exhibition, hotel service, excursion service, services of photographer, video operator, service of stand-attendants and promoters).

For the companies, wishing to gain the maximum effect from participation in the exhibition, and also, for attraction of additional attention of target audience, organizers have created a number of additional marketing possibilities. Participants of the exhibition can hold a seminar, conference, a round table or presentation. For these purposes we give a conference hall on 100 seats, located in a hall of carrying out of the exhibition and equipped with all necessary equipment. And also, carrying out of display, a master class or presentation on a podium - within the limits of festival of hairdresser's art is possible.


Placement of the information in the official exhibition catalogue
1. Information and logo of the participant are placed in the catalogue free of charge. 
Attention! The term for presenting the materials for the catalogue – till April 14, 2009 .

2. For additional application form and pre-pay:

  • Full-coloured page (A4 format)
  • One-coloured page (А4 format)
  • Companies logo on each page of the catalogue

Technical requirements to the information submitted for placing in the
Information is given in *.doc (Microsoft Word) format both in Russian and English and has to occupy not more than a page of A4 format with a font size not more than 10 (set Arial).
